Aftercare Precautions
Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area. This can disperse the medication and reduce absorption.
This injection treatment involves pain, and bruising and swelling may last about 1–2 weeks.
Temporary redness or itching may occur after treatment.
Avoid exfoliating for about 1 week after treatment.
To help prevent infection in the treated area, avoid saunas and strenuous exercise for 3 days.
Temporary dryness may occur after treatment, so moisturize thoroughly and use sun protection.
Laser and lifting treatments can be performed starting 1 week after treatment.
If severe swelling or a rash develops, return to the clinic immediately.
